Every month a new winner will be selected and they will receive a "Nice Work" Acrylic Award and Gift Certificate, plus their name will be added to our feature Plaque in the showroom. Sports Awards will also recognize an "honorable mention" recipient who will receive a Gift Certificate.
Our January 2013 winner is Christina, a member of our Production Team. Christina was recognized for taking initiative to exceed our customers' expectations by adding additional value to our products. Our January Honorable Mention is Adreanna, whose support of the Sales Team always makes Sports Awards look great!
Our February 2013 winner is our Shipping Supervisor Charles, who was recognized for his exceptional dedication to Quality Control during a very hectic production schedule. Our February Honorable Mention is Matt, our go-to guy in Customer Service who handles a great volume of art requests with accuracy and a superb attitude.

ReplyDeleteCharles is often the last person to see our products before the customer and I know first-hand the amazing amount of hustle he goes through to make sure a perfect product is delivered to every one of them. No challenge seems too great for this guy.
Though I don't work as closely with Christina, I do know that her infectious smile and cheerful attitude help me get my day started on a positive note!
